Cylinder/Engine block is marked on main bearing caps & engine serial number. We have developed online marking machine which use PLC for logic building. These are all online marking machine generally placed between nut runner & leak testing machines. In most of the cases we mount two marking heads at right angles mounted on hydraulic slides. The head marking mb caps will mark one cap is marked one at a time, and then it slides to next cap. These machines can also be provided with powirzed/manual or power & free type conveyors. We also provided options
in rollers. After marking if required component ejection by pneumatic pusher can be provided. Major installations are in auto majors like TATA MOTORS, ASHOK LEYLAND, and GREAVES COTTON etc.
